Frequently Asked Questions

Is it really free?

Your first upgrade is free with a free account — every new account gets 1 free credit, no credit card needed. You can upload your resume and fill in the job details before signing up; the account is only needed when you click "Review & upgrade". After that, it costs 1 credit per upgrade and 1 credit to download the PDF.

How does the AI rewrite my resume?

Paste the job post you're applying for. We compare your resume against it, add the keywords and skills the job asks for (only where they match your real experience), rewrite weak bullet points into results-focused ones, and format everything into an ATS-ready template.

What is an ATS and why does it matter?

An Applicant Tracking System is software that US, UK, and Australian clients use to filter applications. It scores your resume against the job description and auto-rejects poor matches before a human reads them. Matching keywords and a clean, single-column format is what gets you through.

What file types can I upload?

PDF, DOCX, or TXT, up to 5MB. You can also paste your resume as plain text.

Will this guarantee me an interview or a job?

No tool can guarantee that. What it does is rewrite and reformat your resume to better match the job description and pass Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), which improves your chances of being seen by a human recruiter.

Do I get a cover letter too?

Yes, a matching cover letter and AI interview prep questions are included free with every upgrade.

Which job sites can I use it for?

Any of them — OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, VA Workers PH, LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet, Kalibrr, and direct client applications. Upgrade once per job you apply to for the best match.

Is my resume data safe?

Your resume is processed securely to generate your upgrade. We don't sell your personal information.

Can I re-download my PDF later?

Yes. Downloading again after your first download doesn't cost another credit for that same resume.
